Beyond this, Returns will be entertained only if the product received by the buyer is damaged. The same has to be highlighted within 24 hours of the receipt of the product.
We can review certain concerns raised by you post purchase, however the sole discretion of entertaining exchange/store credit lies solely with Amzuk Official team.
- Products MADE ON ORDER are NOT applicable for any return/refund/exchange.
- No return/exchange query will be entertained post 2 weeks of product being delivered.
- The product has to be returned in exact condition as it was shipped.
- Once returned the product will go through quality check by our team, post which we will direct on the way ahead.
- While shipping the return/exchange product, it is the discretion of the customer to ensure that the shipping service used delivers to Amzuk’s Office. Failure to do so, will cancel any Return/Refund/Exchange request.
- Shipping incurred in return/exchange by the customer is solely the customer’s expense; Amzuk takes no part in the same & neither is it refundable/negotiable.

Purchase from Exhibition/Event:
- In the event of you purchasing any product from us during an exhibition/event at a venue, you will have full discretion to open, feel, check, drape/try all pieces in front of you.
- ** We will therefore not entertain any exchange/return request on products purchased at the exhibition.
Purchase From 3rd Party Estore/Brick & Mortar Store:
- The delivery of Amzuk products purchased lies with the 3rd party, unless specified otherwise.
- In such an event all responsibility of safe delivery solely lies with the 3rd party, & Amzuk has no role to play in the same.
- Any return/refund/exchange request is solely the discretion of 3rd party seller.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders placed are liable to be cancelled within 24 hours of making the purchase.
- After receiving your Cancellation Request, we will review the same & get back to you with status of your order within the next 48 hours.
- Your refund, if applicable, will be processed in 10 working days time.
Exchange & Credit:
- On cancellation or return of an order, we will issue you a credit of same value to be utilized within the next 3 months’ time, from the date of issuing credit.
- Exchange of item, once done, will not be liable for return/re-exchange.
